GameFly has terrible customer service! - GameFly game rentals


GameFly charged me for a game they say arrived in non-working order. It worked fine when I shipped it back. I tried to explain this and they said I still had to pay. I told them I wanted to cancel my membership. They said okay, but I still had to pay for the game. I said, "Fine." Then, I asked the service rep: "Do you realize you will be losing hundreds of dollars of my business just to pay for this game?" The service rep just giggled. I'm not kidding - she giggled! I think she hears the same thing all day . . .

No wonder they are losing business left and right! They charge people illegally and laugh about it! And they are SUPER, SUPER, SLOW in shipping games, anyway. Take your business elsewhere!!!

I hear you on your issue with them. I can totally see that happening. They are very slow with shipping too. I concur with everything. However, I still use them because really, they are the only game in town for this kind of service. Plus I rent PS3 games and they don't get damaged very easy. Seriously, I used to test video games for a job and I could drop them on the floor, step on them, use my finger nail to scratch the disk on purpose and the disk still plays without skipping. Now that is a strong disk. lol.
