Horrible - customer service

They charged me a day early since I forgot it was only "28 days" and not a full month. Asked for a refund, they refused. Also, my son lost a game called Final Fantasy Chronicles. It took me several emails of them telling me that the game was unbuyable for them to understand that the game was LOST, I had no way to return it. Apparently they charge double if your kid loses a game considered unbuyable. Enjoy spending $50 dollars on a used game from 2002. Would never recommend.

Also, you never get the games you want on your list. One time it took them two weeks before they sent me ONE game on a list that was 14 games long, ALL PS2 GAMES. Ridiculous. (I had the two game out at a time plan)
