Iv been a customer with gamefly for about 6 months now. Im located in n.y. This service has been a horrible experience for. Iv dealt with other companies like blockbuster etc. And never experienced stuff like this. It takes two weeks from the time i mailed back the game to the time i recieve the new one. Sometimes the games aren't mailed out till 2 days after gamefly receives the first rental. Such a lack in gud business. Know one ever addresses your complaints either by email or a simple call. Terrible customer service. It takes half a month to recieve a new game in the mail. And i have a two game subscription. Which im about to change very soon.
