horrible company stay away - customer service


I had two accounts with gamefly , when I decided to cancel one because it was getting two expensive and it was taking much to long for the games to arrive I kept a game seeing the charge online would be $19.99. The decided to charge me $43.00, I emailed to ask about this charge they took a who cares attitude and told me it was a replacement cost. I will now cancel my second house hold account with them, I would never recommend doing business with them because they don't care about customer service.

Gamefly is the worst. They guarantee they'll ship a game in 24 hours but I've been waiting 3 to 4 days. This has been happening at least 4 times. The service is completely bad. I'm going to rely on BLOCKBUSTER from now on.
